Next Step Mentoring
NextStep Mentoring connects older youth in foster care with a caring adult mentor, job readiness preparation, and opportunities to explore careers of interest to them, helping to mitigate the elevated risk of unemployment and homelessness youth who have aged out of the foster care system.
Volunteer NextStep mentors serve as life skills coaches, mentors, and support career shadowing opportunities for youth to explore their interests.
