Matching families with support through partnerships between churches, child welfare agencies, and community resources. This group is a faith-based initiative seeking cultural and denominational diversity to improve relationships between churches and organizations in a collaborative effort to support children and sustain families. The Care Portal is a tool we utilize to better connect us with our partners to serve families in our community.
